Charter public expression on websites, social media and digital applications of East Ensemble.   The filing of statements or public comments on digital media of East Ensemble (or on the accounts opened by East Ensemble on social networks, beyond their own conditions of use) implies acceptance of the following rules, for promote a serene and constructive dialogue.

If critics and various expressions of disagreement have their place in trade are prohibited any remarks contrary to the laws, including the Code of intellectual property (eg no content must not violate the image rights of the persons depicted nor infringe the copyright of any third party direct or indirect contributor) and the Act of 29 July 1881, as amended (eg prohibiting incitement to commit crimes and offenses, libel, defamation, incitement to discrimination or hatred).

This includes, without limitation: • attacks a person or group based on their religions and beliefs, their ethnic origin, gender or sexual orientation; • insults, demeaning statements about individuals, groups or corporations; • obscene or pornographic messages • About the aggressive, contemptuous, peremptory against a nominee for what it is rather than for his deeds or the ideas it defends publicly.

Moreover, East Ensemble being attached to the neutrality of the public service, are prohibited:  • About all to advertising or commercial nature; • coordinates the mention of natural persons or legal entities not related to the subject in question; • links to digital content accessible only by paid subscription.

To facilitate a serene dialogue and interesting for other readers or contributors, are prohibited: • excessive intervention frequency affecting the equitable participation of all; • messages clearly unrelated to the subject of the page or the content in question.

Finally contributors are asked to observe the following conventions: • before posting a remark or comment, check that it matches the purpose of the publication; • in response to a comment from another member, specify the name or nickname of the person to whom it is answered and quote the original text, to be sure to be understood; • Do not use a majority of capital (on the internet, this is equivalent to shouting); • check the sources of information cited (and make mention) to avoid misinformation and unfounded rumors.
