It has several villages classified as among the most beautiful in France, but also to the Pyrenees mountain chain and the Spanish border (to the south-west). It is also bounded by the Massif Central to the north. Its Mediterranean climate and fine vineyards produce world-renowned wines, particularly in the areas around Béziers and Narbonne. Subject to the Mistral and Tramontane winds, it offers generous amounts of sunshine all year long, which counts as the top tourist destination favoured by Parisians. It is a land of tradition and terroir that has also developed a strong offering in terms of the arts, theatre and festivals. Toulouse, its principal city, boasts a remarkably youthful, lively and student population and also serves as the region's economic motor.  Its landscapes are varied, ranging from the high altitudes of the Pyrenees mountains to the plains and plateaus of the north.

Our menus change almost every day. We work local products by making recipes from here such as aligot or farçou but not that ..... We offer Mediterranean dishes, Italian (homemade lasagna), see other regions. We work fresh products. A menu with 20euros, one with 18 euros, one with 14euros, a formula with 12.50 euros (entry-dish or flat-dessert) a children's menu with 8 euros (a drink, a dish and a child's ice cream). The formula at 12.50 and the children's menu based on the main menu. We try to adapt to the taste of each. We also offer workers menus for companies at 13.50 euros (starter, main course, cheese, dessert + 1/4 wine and 1 coffee). And only for workers. From May 2017, we will also offer salads meals .....
