SAINT MARTIN VESUBIE is nestled at 1000 meters altitude at the foot of the MERCANTOUR mountains.

            This picturesque mountain village, located only 50 kms from the seaside and the Promenade des Anglais in NICE, renowned for the quality of its environment, its waters and its climate, has been nicknamed the Suisse Niçoise.

             In the summer, it comes alive with tourists coming to relax in the high country of Nice, seeking both the calm and the freshness of our mountains but also many sports activities and varied (hiking, climbing, mountain biking, horseback riding, tennis, via ferrata, tree climbing course, swimming pool ...).                     In winter, the two ski resorts that surround it, delight lovers of downhill skiing, Nordic skiing or ski touring.                   We can find in the village, a swimming pool, a media library, a toy library, a post office, a Credit Agricole, a cash machine, two supermarkets, various shops and craftsmen, doctors, physiotherapists, nurses ...                                                                                                                                                                        Our property includes our main house built in stone dating from the early twentieth century and, nearby, on the same flowered and wooded grounds, is also the cottage. Parking is at the entrance of the property.
