With this setting, we, Hanneke, Edward, Resi and Tim short HART decided to give our lives a new meaning and purpose undertaken an ambitious project in France: Breathe new life into a poorly maintained chateautje 17th century in Champagne -Ardennes region to go fix it up and then go out benefits for tourist activities. A dream for many Dutch, especially 50 ers!

What is it about? It is a Priory (monastery farm) was built in the 17th and 18th centuries, was subsequently acquired by a noble family and has seen multiple destinations. 15 years ago completely decayed, it is unstructured and partially refurbished by the previous owner. The property includes a main house with several wings which 29 rooms are housed (11 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, etc, etc), a 400m2 large barn, a sheep shed, a workshop, a garage, vaulted cellars, separate staff residence and ... a chapel . All this in an area of ​​1.1 hectares of rolling countryside in the southern Champagne region.  

What will happen? In addition to refurbishing and decorating the B & B place with 4 rooms and two cottages, also built a relay for campers station and stables are transformed into party venues. The aim is to offer complete packages with these three complementary activities for tourists from France, England, the Netherlands and Belgium.

When? Obviously, this project will not be crushed in a few months out of the ground, but are planning extensive activities in form of a multi-phase. • allows the reconstruction of the main central first, in the next six months with the rooms, apartments and common areas in May 2015 to be ready.
