
The field exploits an area of 9 ha in the communes of Corgoloin and Nuits-St-Georges in Côte de Nuits, and Pommard Ladoix Côte de Beaune. Apart from regional appellations (Burgundy & Burgundy Aligoté ...), the main production is the Côte de Nuits-Villages red. Since 2004, three new names have enriched the range: Pommard, Aloxe Corton 1er cru and Savigny-Les-Beaune.
viticulture side, the field is led by rational control for over 15 years with a parcel tracking and attention at the Mineral and organic balance of soils.
In the interests of quality, the field opted for a strict control of yields and respect for the terroir of each appellation, seeking a balance between the fruit and silky tannins.
