High place of romance in the Hauts-de-Seine, The Chateaubriand House in Châtenay-Malabry is distinguished by the Ministry of Culture and Communication "Houses of Illustrious". Located a few kilometers from Paris, the Valley of Wolves in 1807 Chateaubriand offers a home away from politics. Label "Houses of Illustrious".

The Valley of Wolves Chateaubriand is a beautiful illustration of the harmony that exists between cultural and natural heritage in the Valley of the culture of the Hauts-de-Seine. The wooded park, Green Island, the landscaped arboretum with unique plant collection and the house of Chateaubriand, witness of an era and of human life, the informed botanist and travel writer, form a unit where respect the past and the present, the work of man and nature.

The Valley of Wolves has the label "remarkable garden" and Eve® label "ecological green space", awarded in May 2012. Arboretum is home to nearly 500 species of trees and shrubs on a 12.7 hectares. The wooded park consists of thickets and forests, embellished with large clearings that pierce the middle of chestnut and oak trees. It offers over 36 hectares of wildlife observation and flora.
