Created in 1967, at the instigation of Jacques Chaban-Delmas, companion of the Liberation and National Military Delegate of General de Gaulle, the National Centre Jean Moulin, museum and documentation center of World War II, is installed in the premises of the former Caisse d'Epargne de Bordeaux, building built in the mid 19th century.
