The Auberge de la Truffe held by Eve and Yves Nottellet has a new look. The couple renovated the dining room and the veranda, keeping the play of mirrors of the bottom, in shades of honey and tobacco. They found curtains that evoke the veins of the truffle, which is highlighted with artistic photos and a reworked view of Ulysse Tallet and his sow on the Champs-Elysees. It was in 1969 and he was promoting the Dordogne in Paris ....
