Archaea is an archeology museum opened in September 2010 in Louvres. In a contemporary building, Archéa proposes to discover the history of our territory through the results of archaeological research for 30 years. Nearly 750 objects from 87 archaeological sites in the museum's collections are presented in a lively and interactive permanent exhibition. video terminals, digital projections, reconstructions, models and items used to help better understand this story. ARCHEA is also the archaeological site of the castle of Orville and ceramic heritage of the valley Ysieux whose discovery for understanding the work of archaeologists daily. Animations, workshops, performances are held throughout the year.
