Umb Roht

Hi,   We are a restaurant-vodka Umb Roht. Four of us are two chefs, two sommeliers, two bartenders and two servants. Our friendship, warmth and respect for delicious food and enjoyable wine can be regarded as indestructible, just like one of the Estonian weeds. Long-blooming, undemanding, self-seeding and exceptionally beautiful cornflower is the best weed to characterize. We are inspired by the colorful local plant and animal kingdom that offers unforgettable seasonal experiences every season. We consider it important to keep the products of the best craftsmen in the world, both local and wide. The wonderful combination of seasonally changing domestic products and delicious wine makes us a good food restaurant.

We want to give each guest memorable moments and a touch of domestic feeling.
