And last but surely not least, is the lovely city of Santiago: modern, dynamic and organized… while still being a great place for relaxing thanks to its many parks and recreational areas.
Chilean people are warm and welcoming and the getting in touch with them is not difficult. On the other hand, people’s kindness and hospitality is something that surprises many visitors.
A fun fact about Chile: you can experience both summer and winter in the same day! During the southern winter, you can try out some of the best ski slopes in South America in the massive Andean mountains. Do it early in the morning and then hit the road: it’s only a two-hour road journey from the mountains to the ocean, where you can enjoy a delicious seafood dinner on the coast, with the breeze and atmosphere or warm summer nights!
