Gastronomy is also incredibly rich in Brazil and although it varies from town to town, there are a couple of national itmens: Pao de Queijo (small 'cheese bread') and the sweet Brigadeiro. Santa Catarina

Inaugurated on November 14, 1982 and baptized in 1997 as Ademir Rosa Theater, it is the best of Santa Catarina, with capacity for 906 people in the audience. Administered by the Catarinense Foundation of Culture, cultural organ of the state government, it occupies a total area of ​​1,746.46 square meters.

The name given to the Theater is a tribute to the actor from Santa Catarina Ademir Rosa, who died of cancer in 1997.
