A fantastic hotchpotch of industrial art to be found inside and out makes this a fun place to explore your inner contemporary art fan.

Fallen down electric transmission towers, old minibuses and a giant piece of art resembling a colon. Huh? Yes you can find it all at Verbeke Foundation. Whether you’re a true art aficionado, a novice looking to feed your inner artist, an aspiring Tik Tokker or a family looking for a fun activity with the kids; we think you all will have a good time here.

The best part of all is that it is constantly changing so you never know what you’ll get.

  • Inside & Out: the museum has an inside gallery where you can find the paintings, collages and smaller artwork. The larger art works can be found outside.
  • Kid Entertainment: what makes this great for the family is that your kids are allowed to climb up most of the art outside; this is art meant for you to explore.
  • Greenhouse: there’s a large greenhouse with a patio that has picnic tables so you can have a bite to eat or bring your own.

Our exhibition space does not aim to be an oasis. Our presentation is unfinished, in motion, unpolished, contradictory, untidy, complex, inharmonious, living and unmonumental, like the world outside of the museum walls.
